Thank you, this trip is turning out to be more expensive than I thought. I have to copy about a million pages for class. Plus, although $5 a day for food doesn't seem like much, it turns out to be about $150 a month. Plus if I have to buy boots and a jacket... anyway one think that I'm sure that I will want you to send is a good Polish phrase book, almost everything else i can buy. I'm still debating whether I should buy everything here, have you send me stuff or wait for you to bring stuff. The third option is definitely the cheapest. However since I only have 2 shirts, that means that I have to rotate and wash and dry every day. So if you could find a shirt that I left behind and maybe a t-shirt (preferably black), a phrasebook and the bottle of spices.. I guess that's all I really need until you come. I was thinking that if you could check out a army surplus store or something. I only need a jacket, a couple of sweaters, socks, hat and a pair of jeans. you can add it to my ever growing tab. There's tons of stuff for you to do here when you come. In the interest of saving money, I would prefer the Krakow/Berlin option. I t looks like my break will end earlier so I will be free to go around with you. If you guys go from Frankfurt to Vienna and stay a few days, then to Krakow for a few days and then maybe we could go to Budapest. And have Christmas in Berlin. I think that I will go to Latvia after I get out of here and then straight to Frankfurt for the trip home. I'm losing weight here and my room is clean (I don't have much to clutter it up with). Oh, I almost forgot, this sounds trivial but Dad could you look in the September issue of Men's Health and write me the 16 or 17 steps to the calisthenics. It's near the end. It starts with running in place and then narrow pushups, I can't remember all of them so I am only doing the ones I can remember. Also if you could write down the times (the running in place is 3 minutes). I brought the wrong issue. Thank you Dad. Well I have to go to class but I'll write to you soon.
