Jack got the results of his bone marrow aspiration back this morning. All his blood levels are right on normal. His blasts were 3, 5 and under is normal. Remember his blasts were over 20 to start with (acute leukemia)? The graft is a full success. His problems now are just his body adjusting to the new cells, it being overpowered and is protesting. Jack will be in the hospital a little longer until they find the right combination of medications. This is not uncommon to happen, just unpleasant.
