I bought the Goethe book for you "the suffering of Werther". I also picked up some cassette tapes for learning polish. If you want, we can bring the old Mac Classic for you. It's kind of small and you can sell it when you leave rather than bring it back. DOD

no need to bring the computer. I don't have a printer here and this is kind of a ibm controlled world. I'll write a (brief) list of what you could bring. Tortilla chips...mmmmmmmm. Anyway, I 'm on a little break from class. I'll write more later. I think I will do a bit of an exchange and have you bring a suitcase back. I've just about finalized my plans after I'm out of here. I'll finish up here the first week of January, go to Latvia until the beginning of February then go to Paris for a week (stay with a friend) it's not to far from Frankfurt and then I'll leave. Hope you guys are hanging in there. It took me 21 years and several trips to Eastern Europe before I figured out that the "bosh" of my childhood is actually "borscht" or (here) barszcz.
