We left the RV park and took the road again about noon. I took a wrong turn and headed south instead of east. I reminded myself it was about the journey, not the destination.

We went a little out of our way to see the Billy-the-Kid gravesite.
Our destination was Oasis State Park, near the Texas boarder -- I had a CASA board meeting in Lubbock on the following day and so I wanted be close.
The stop was pleasant and Jody and I walked around the small pond a few times.
